Self-love can be a weird mysterious thing sometimes. In this video, I'm going over a few simple tips to help you make self-love a constant thing in your life rather than something you have to chase around habits when you feel bad. I'm using science-based tips alongside my personal experience dealing with PTSD and anxiety to help you build out your self-love toolkit.
