While healing from PTSD and anxiety, I became obsessed with ‘Naked and Afraid’ and started doing ‘nature stuff’ - despite crippling fear. Nature provided peace, survival gave power, and mindfulness taught me how to know and grow myself. Now, I share these tools so you can confidently survive the wild and everyday bullshit.

There’s power in embracing the wild, not just externally, but within the expanse of your soul. Through my work, I equip people to solve complex modern problems with simple primitive solutions that our ancestors left for us to thrive. Take a breath, connect with nature, embrace the adventure of life. I specialize in helping you cultivate courage and optimism by listening to your story, and offering tools to help you navigate your path. I believe life is a hike, and while you are the only one who knows your path- it helps to have an adventure buddy with a bag of tools and snacks that support your adventure.

  • Nope! Past clients have included people trying to get out of a depressive funk, get in shape, or start feeling safer outdoors. I simply incorporate natures wisdom into our work.

  • First you fill an interest form (buttons above) and we’ll hop on a free call to see if it’s a fit. I’ll get to know you and your goals and suggest a meeting schedule and duration that will best suit you. If I’m not a good fit, I’ll point you in the right direction.

  • A great guide is useless if you can’t afford them. I work on a sliding scale so you can do things you thought were impossible at a possible price point.

  • To be honest, i struggle with the word 'coach'. I am a mindfulness teacher, wilderness guide, rewilding mentor, and future therapist. My work is to help you see your path, cultivate the courage to walk it, and give you tools and perspective that help you stay on track. For me, that's the work of a guide, but if 'coach' is a more comforting term for you then you can call me that!

  • Yes! Contact me directly to inquire about working in person. This is a great option for those looking to get hands on experience using nature as a tool for personal growth.

  • I have no control over who gets on the show, but i can help you hone the mindsets as well as physical and emotional skills you need to survive the wild (and everyday bullshit).
