15-minute morning yoga flow to get your core engaged (no crunches or planks)

This class combines yoga and some of the core work I did in my circus training to help you cultivate a sense of power from your core, inside and out! So often we go through routine movements (like cat-cow, standing up, laying down) without realizing where our power and balance are coming from, or how to use subtle changes in our body to feel more aligned, present, and powerful.
