One of the biggest game changers me in overcoming PTSD, depression, and anxiety was self care. After it helped me heal, I used (and still use) the same tools to feel confident, loved, and like I have all I need to kick ass.
If you're feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, or just need to chill, then you need some self-care, but ... what exactly does that mean? Do you need to buy candles and sit in a bathtub everyday? Maybe go to the gym more often? Or is journaling the answer?
