5 Minutes to Fix Your Tech Neck

This 5-minute yoga practice is designed to help ease neck pain and stress caused by long hours at the office (or dealing with annoying people at work). You can do it from your chair to get some easy stretches and reset your headspace! It's simple yet effective and will help you loosen up mid-day, start the morning with better posture, or wind down as you close up a long day of getting sh*t done. Grab some headphones if you have them or follow along silently as we get ready to loosen up the neck, align your posture, and release tension built up at work.
